Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt. Die Gesellschaft gilt im Sinne von § 267 HGB als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. 2. Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDas Sachanlagevermögen wurde linear entsprechend der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittelten Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Von der Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 (2) EStG wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Die Bewertung der Waren erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten. Abwertungen für Bestandsrisiken, die sich aus der Lagerdauer und verminderter Verwertbarkeit ergaben, wurden in ausreichendem Umfang vorgenommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die liquiden Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellung wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle am Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Erläuterung zur BilanzDie Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus der beigefügten Anlage. 4. Sonstige AngabenWährend des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsführung von Herrn Frank Wenzel, Hamburg, wahrgenommen.
