AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 1. Allgemeine Grundlagen Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Die ROMALD Global Investments, S.L. ist gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 266 HGB und § 276 HGB eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB in Bezug auf Angaben im Anhang wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Abschreibungen wurden ausschließlich nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt EUR 3.020,00, es ist voll eingezahlt. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie entsprechen den zu erwartenden Ausgaben. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist das Gesamtkostenverfahren zur Anwendung gekommen. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Anlagevermögen Eine von den gesamten Anschaffungskosten ausgehende Darstellung der Entwicklung der Posten des Anlagevermögens ist auf dem beiliegenden Anlagespiegel wiedergegeben. 2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. 3. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Das Guthaben beim Kreditinstitut ist durch einen Bankauszug auf den Stichtag belegt. 4. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen beinhalten die zu erwartenden Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Steuererklärungen sowie die Steuerrückstellungen. 5. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. III. Sonstige Angaben 1. Geschäftsführung Im Geschäftsjahr 2011 war die nachfolgende Person Geschäftsführer: ·Herr Ignacio Aldámiz-Echevarria 2. Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestanden zum 31. Dezember 2011 Forderungen in Höhe von EUR 37.233,53. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden zum Abschlussstichtag nicht. 3. Gewinnverwendung Die Geschäftsführung empfiehlt der Gesellschafterversammlung den Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 194.539,57 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
