Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Neben den Vorschriften des HGB sind die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet worden. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bilanzierung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung der nutzungsbedingten planmäßigen Abschreibung. Grundlage der Abschreibung ist die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes. Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt worden. Die gebildeten Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken. Die Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. III. Angaben zur BilanzDerivative Finanzinstrumente werden nicht eingesetzt. Haftungsverpflichtungen i.S.d. § 251 HGB bestehen nicht. IV. Sonstige AngabenIm Geschäftsjahr 2014 wurden 12 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Geschäftsführer im Kalenderjahr 2014 war
Mit Eintragung vom 04.03.2015 wurde Herr Sander Keukens, Kranenburg als Geschäftsführer abbestellt und Herr Klaus Schmidthausen, Kleve als neuer Geschäftsführer bestellt. Der Geschäftsführer vertritt die Gesellschaft stets allein. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Hinsichtlich der Angabe zur Höhe der Vergütung wird von der Schutzklausel Gebrauch gemacht. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Gewinn auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
