Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Zum Bilanzstichtag waren Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, welche in künftigen Wirtschaftsjahren als Aufwand aufzulösen sind, auszuweisen. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Zum Bilanzstichtag waren Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, welche in künftigen Wirtschaftsjahren als Ertrag aufzulösen sind, auszuweisen. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Angaben zur Bilanz Angaben zu Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen Der Wert der Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen beläuft sich auf 2.255.929,45 EUR (Vorjahr: 1.949.526,77 EUR). Angabe zu Verbindlichkeiten mit Restlaufzeitvermerken Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 835.881,17 EUR (Vorjahr: 835.359,65 EUR). Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf 828.492,03 EUR (Vorjahr: 829.576,55 EUR). Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckter Fehlbetrag Das Eigenkapital ist weiterhin komplett aufgezehrt. Der nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckte Fehlbetrag beläuft sich auf 233.799,61 Euro. Es besteht eine Patronatserklärung der Muttergesellschaft Sonova AG mit Sitz in Stäfa, Schweiz (Handelsregister des Kantons Zürich CHE-101.989.881) zugunsten der Audatic GmbH. Darin hat die Patronin die Verpflichtung übernommen, im Falle der Überschuldung oder Zahlungsunfähigkeit der Gesellschaft fällige Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft zur Beseitigung der Überschuldung oder Vermeidung der Zahlungsunfähigkeit zu erfüllen. Damit liegt keine Überschuldung im insolvenzrechtlichen Sinn vor. Sonstige Angaben Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 22,5. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch die zwischenzeitlich ausgeschiedenen Geschäftsführer Peter Udo Diehl Elias Sprengel Dr. Henning Hasemann geführt. Am 23.12.2024 wurde als neuer Geschäftsführer Herr Maxim Rudych im Handelsregister eingetragen. Unterschrift der Geschäftsführung vorstehender Jahresabschluss wird gemäß § 245 HGB wie folgt unterzeichnet:
