Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2016I. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss A. Allgemeines Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden handelsrechtlichen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung aufgestellt. Soweit für Pflichtangaben ein Wahlrecht besteht, diese in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang darzustellen, sind diese Angaben im Anhang dargestellt. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und über den steuerrechtlich kürzest möglichem Zeitraum abgeschrieben. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Bewegliche Anlagegüter werden nach Maßangabe der jeweils kürzesten steuerlich zulässigen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung des Vorratsvermögens erfolgt unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips zu den Anschaffungskosten. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Den im Forderungsbestand liegenden besonderen Risiken wird durch die Bildung von Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko wird bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Die liquiden Mittel sind mit ihrem Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken sowie ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz II. Sonstige Angaben Organe Geschäftsführer: Hermann Köther, Bendorf.
