Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2007/2008Die im Wirtschaftsjahr 2006/2007 begonnenen Aktivitäten, die Werbung und Geschäftsanbahnung für den in Limoges/Frankreich ansässigen Herstellungsbetrieb von Kunststoffsitzen zu übernehmen, wurden fortgeführt. Es stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die TASS Marketing GmbH in ihrer derzeitigen Verfassung kaum eine Perspektive hat, das angestrebte geschäftliche Ziel zu erreichen. Die GmbH ist dringend auf zusätzliches Kapital angewiesen. Es wird deshalb versucht, einen weiteren Gesellschafter aufzunehmen, der nicht nur Kapital einbringt, sondern auch selbst in der Geschäftsführung aktiv mitwirkt. Die mit einigen Interessenten in diese Richtung geführten Gespräche sind bisher nicht erfolgreich verlaufen.
