ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2010

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Markthalle GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Entsprechend den Größenmerkmalen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesell-schaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und ist gem. § 316 Abs. 1 HGB nicht prüfungspflichtig. Von den größenabhängigen Vereinfachungsregeln i. S. d. § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des HGB in der Fassung des BilMoG erstellt.

Die Zahlen des Vorjahres wurden in Ihren Wertansätzen unverändert übernommen.

Bewertungs- und Abschreibungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert fortgeführt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Bankguthaben wurden zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Markthalle GmbH weist zum Bilanzstichtag einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 4.331,52 aus. Zur Abwendung der bilanziellen Überschuldung trat die Gesellschafterin mit einer Forderung im Rang in der Weise hinter die nachrangigen Ansprüche des § 39 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 bis 5 InsO zurück, dass ihre Forderung nur zu Lasten künftiger Gewinne, aus anderem freien Vermögen oder aus einem Liquidationsüberschuss getilgt zu werden braucht.

Die Rückstellungen wurden unter Beachtung des nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert und haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden nach den Vorschriften des § 250 HGB gebildet.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB bestanden nach Auskünften der Geschäftsleitung am Abschlussstichtag nicht.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
