Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2009/2010I. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten, ihre Bewertung entspricht vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. II. Angaben zur BilanzAls Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen werden Forderungen gegen die Gesellschafterin, die Umformtechnik Stendal UTS GmbH & Co. KG, in Höhe von € 207.484,76 ausgewiesen. Im Vorjahr erfolgte der Ausweis unter den Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern. III. Sonstige AngabenDie Gesellschaft ist ohne Einlage als persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin an der Umformtechnik Stendal UTS GmbH & Co. KG, Stendal, beteiligt. Die Zinserträge aus Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter betragen € 17.266,64. Die Gesellschaft gehört zum Konzern der Klöckner & Co.
