Anhang zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2016 bis 31.12.2016der Mangalbasi Class GmbHA. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Mangalbasi Class GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart (HRB 731422). Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. I. Anlagevermögen Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet. Als Nutzungsdauer wird beim Nutzungsrecht 15 Jahre zugrunde gelegt. Der Firmenwert wird innerhalb von 15 Jahren abgeschrieben. Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Abschreibungen erfolgen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Bewegliche Anlagegüter werden linear abgeschrieben. Bei Zugängen beweglicher Vermögensgegenständen wird die Jahreabschreibung zeitanteilig (pro-rata-temporis) angesetzt. Von dem Bewertungswahlrecht nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG (volle Absetzung der Geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter im Jahr der Anschaffung) wird in vollem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht. Die Anschaffungswerte werden im Anlagespiegel mit einem Erinnerungswert i.H.v. 0,50 EUR fortgeführt. II. Umlaufvermögen Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt. Neben Einzelwertberichtigungen auf Forderungen wird dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung ausreichend Rechnung getragen. III. Rückstellungen Steuerrückstellungen waren keine zu bilden. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden so bemessen, das sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung tragen. IV. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz 1. Angaben zur Aktivseite 1. II. Angaben zu den Organen der Gesellschaft Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Geschäftsführer Herrn Ugur Ayhan Kalkanli geführt. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Gemäß § 286 Abs. 4 HGB unterbleibt die Angabe der Gesamtbezüge des Geschäftsführers.
