ANHANGDer Jahresabschluß der Babiel GmbH ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister Düsseldorf unter HRB38633 eingetragen. Das Stammkapital beträgt 25569,71€ (50100,00DM). Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden: Immaterielle Anlagen betreffen ausschließlich EDV-Programme , die über die geschätzte Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben werden. Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten gemindert um planmässige Abschreibungen ausgewiesen. Unfertige Leistungen sind zu Einzelkosten zuzüglich Gemeinkostenzusvchläge angesetzt. Forderungen sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Rückstellungen sind mit dem voraussichtlichen Aufwand angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz: Die Zugänge zum Anlagevermögen betreffen die Ausweitung und Modernisierung des Rechenzentrumsbetriebs. Unter Beteiligungen ist der 40%-Anteil an der Babiel Service GmbH , Düsseldorf, ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen betreffen im Wesentlichen mit T€ 650 Personalkosten. Unter den passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind fällige Forderungen und vorausbezahlte Wartungsleistungen ausgewiesen. sonstige finanziellen Verpflichtungen: Die Mietaufwendungen für die Geschäftsräume in Düsseldorf betragen ab 2018/19 T€339 jährlich. Es bestehen Mietbügschaften in Höhe von T€55. Sonstige Angaben: Im Berichtsjahr hatte die Gesellschaft durchschnittlich 102 Mitarbeiter, davon 4 Geschäftsführer und 98 Angestellte. Geschäftsführer im Berichtsjahr waren: Georg Babiel, Harald Babiel , Dr. Rainer Babiel, Frank Biggeleben.
