Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Absatz 1 HGB auf. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 waren erstmals die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) anzuwenden. 1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethodena) Umlaufvermögen Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. In dem Betrag ist das Verrechnungskonto gegenüber der ImmobilienVerwaltung Ziegler GmbH & Co. KG in Höhe von € 38.868,82 (Vorjahr € 34.936,73) enthalten. b) Eigenkapital Das satzungsmäßige Stammkapital beträgt € 25.564,59 (DM 50.000,00). c) Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. d) Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen und alle innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 2.
