AnhangAllgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Berücksichtigung des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes aufgestellt. Die immateriellen Vermögensgenstände des Anlagevermögens sowie das Sachanlagevermögen wird linear, entsprechend der jeweiligen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bzw. mit dem beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Forderungen wurden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Frankfurt am Main. Sie wird beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt unter HRB 131822 geführt. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Ingo Klein sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
