Allgemeine Angaben Die NEM vv GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hamburg unter der Nummer 165578 eingetragen. Der Unternehmensgegenstand ist die langfristige Vermietung von Wohnraum an Mieter. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) sowie nach den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes. Anlagevermögen Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen linear über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände. Umlaufvermögen Das Umlaufvermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbare Risiken werden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. 3.
