Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte in Anwendung der Vorschriften des § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Der Jahresabschluss der MB Ventures GmbH, Königstein im Taunus wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Reglungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert bewertet. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde mit dem Nennkapital bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle bekannten Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Bewertung erfolgte mit dem voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrag im Rahmen einer vernünftigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichende objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Sonstige Angaben Mitglieder des Geschäftsführerorgans gem. § 285 Nr. 10 HGB Im Geschäftsjahr 2021 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der MB Ventures GmbH durch Herrn Martin Blessing, Königstein (Taunus).
