A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN

1. Die Hofmann GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 I HGB.

2. Zur Darstellung eines den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechenden Bildes der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage sind keine zusätzlichen Angaben notwendig.

B. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZU DEN BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz werden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet:

1. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Forderungen werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Für Wertberichtigungen nach den allgemeinen Kreditrisiken bestand kein Anlass.

2. Rückstellungen werden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Höhe angesetzt.

C. SONSTIGE PFLICHTANGABEN

1. Als Geschäftsführer ist bestellt Herr Florian Hofmann, Unternehmer.

2. Die Hofmann GmbH ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Hofmann GmbH & Co. GrdSt. KG. München, den 12. Juli 2011
