Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die net.work GmbH (vormals EV Energieverbund GmbH) wurde ins Handelsregister (Amtsgericht Frankfurt/M.) in AbteilungB unter der Nr. 94731eingetragen. Zum allein vertretungsberchtigen Geschäftsführerist Herr Udo Polzin, Frankfurt, bestellt. Gegenstand des Unternehmens sind Beratung- und Marketingdienstleistungen für Driite sowie der Handel mit Gegenständen jeder Art - sowie er nicht genehmigungspflichtig ist - auch der Erwerb und die Veräußerung von Immobilien. Die GmbH ist eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft (§267a HGB). Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Gliederung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen Ausweisvorschriften erstellt, wobei von den Erleichterungsregelungen für Kleinstkapitalgesellschaften kein Gebrauch gemacht wurde. Angaben und Erläuterungen im Anhang sind in dem für Kleinstkapitalgesellschaften vorgeschriebenen Umfang gegeben. Die Handelsbilanz weicht von der Steuerbilanz ab. Bei der Abzinsung der Rückstellungen hat es zwingende Abweichungen gegeben. Die erworbenen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer (linear). Die Forderungen sind zum Nominalwert und die liquiden Mittel mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Bei den Rückstellungen wurde § 249 HGB beachtet. Rückstellungen mit eiener Verweildauer von über 1 Jahr bestehen und wurden abgezinst. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.
