ANHANGANHANG zum Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2016 der Walter Urban GmbH Metallverarbeitung, Köln
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2016 ist unter Anwendung der Vorschriften der §§ 238 HGB erstellt worden. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die unter dem Anlagevermögen ausgewiesenen Posten sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mir ihrem Nennwert bilanziert. Wertberichtigungen wurden in Abzug gebracht. Sonstige Rückstellungen wurden zur Abdeckung ungewisser Verbindlichkeiten sowie erkennbarer Risiken wurden gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Gesellschafter der Gesamtbetrag zum Bilanzstichtag beläuft sich auf 84.407,23 € Vorjahr 82.348,52 €
einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr der Gesamtbetrag zum Bilanzstichtag beläuft sich auf 28.599,08 € Vorjahr 20.658,26 €
der Gesamtbetrag zum Bilanzstichtag beläuft sich auf 17.801,37 € Vorjahr 11.060,85 €
