ANHANG1. Allgemeine Anmerkungen Der Jahresabschluss der Ruhland GmbH, Karlsfeld, wurde nach den Vorschriften für sog. "Kleine Kapitalgesllschaften" im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB aufgestellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich angemessener Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der degressiven oder linearen Methode. Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen sind zum Nominalwert abzüglich notwendiger pauschaler Wertberichtigungen angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen die erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in der Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Sonstige Anmerkungen Geschäftsführerin der Gesellschaft war Frau Eta Ruhland, Karlsfeld. Außer der Geschäftsführerin waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt. 4.
