AnhangI. Allgemeine Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss der tool.z GmbH, Nürnberg, Amtsgericht Nürnberg, Register für Kapitalgesellschaften (HRB) 25581 wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und der Satzung aufgestellt. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften für den Anhang gemäß §§ 274a, 288 HGB wurden regelmäßig in Anspruch genommen. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 Abs. 1 Satz 2 und 266 ff. HGB). II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer, bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Für risikobehaftete Posten wurden angemessene Einzelwertberichtigungen gebildet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten Beträge für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen, deren Höhe nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung das Risiko der Inanspruchnahme deckt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr 4 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Der Gesellschafterversammlung wird vorgeschlagen, den Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Geschäftsführer ist Herr Thomas Vitzthum, Kaufmann Nürnberg, den 17.
