Generalklausel gem. § 264 Abs.2 HGB Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Grid CAD & Computer GmbH wurde unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung erstellt. Er vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Kapitalgesellschaft zum Bilanzstichtag 31.12.2023. 2. Gliederung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Da in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zum 31. Dezember 2023 eine Aufgliederung der Posten vorgenommen wurde, sind im Anhang keine Angaben erforderlich. 3. Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften 3.1 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Grid CAD & Computer GmbH, Verwaltung eigenen Vermögens, wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die ergänzenden Vorschriften und Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und des BilMoG wurden beachtet. Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs-bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 250,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlicher Vorschriften linear bzw. degressiv vorgenommen. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanz-Stichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt. 4. Einzelposten der Bilanz 4.1 Rückstellungen 4.1.1 Sonstige Rückstellungen Alle Rückstellungen sind in der Bilanz hinreichend erläutert. Gem. § 253 Abs. 6 HGB entsteht bei den Rückstellungen von Pensionsverpflichtungen ein Unterschiedsbetrag i.H.v. 330 €. 4.1.2 Steuerrückstellungen
4.2 Verbindlichkeiten Angaben zu den bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, siehe gesonderte Kontokorrent-Listen zum Jahresabschluss
5. Einzelposten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde eine aufgegliederte Form gewählt, so dass im Anhang nur einige Posten zu erläutern sind. Weitere Pflichtangaben sind nicht erforderlich. Die Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Ertrag haben gem. § 285 Nr.6 HGB das Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit wie folgt belastet: 5.1 Steuern vom Ertrag Die Berechnung der Steuern vom Ertrag gem. § 285 Nr. 6 HGB wurde in einer gesonderten Anlage zum Jahresabschluss vorgenommen. 5.2 Steuern vom Einkommen Die Berechnung der Steuern vom Einkommen gem. § 285 Nr. 6 HGB wurde in einer gesonderten Anlage zum Jahresabschluss vorgenommen. 6. Sonstige Angaben Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen nach § 285 Nr. 3a HGB nach dem Bilanzstichtag betragen insgesamt € 23.845,35. Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der Beschäftigten nach § 285 Nr. 7 HGB betrug im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr insgesamt 11 Beschäftigte, ohne Geschäftsführung und Auszubildende. 6.1. Rechtliche Verhältnisse
Angabe der Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern 1.1.2021 - 31.12.2022 Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände gegenüber Gesellschaftern beträgt 20.086,04 EUR. 1.1.2022 - 31.12.2023 Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände gegenüber Gesellschaftern beträgt 20.492,22 EUR. sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
