Report of the Supervisory Board

Der Aufsichtsrat der LAR Process Analysers AG hat den Vorstand gemäß der ihm nach Gesetz und Satzung vorgeschriebenen Aufgaben umfassend überwacht, zeitnah beraten und sich von der Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Geschäftsführung überzeugt. Der Aufsichtsrat war in alle wichtigen Entscheidungen für die Gesellschaft eingebunden. The Supervisory Board of LAR Process Analysers AG comprehensively supervised the Management Board in accordance with the duties prescribed to it by law and the Articles of Association, advised it in a timely manner and satisfied itself of the proper conduct of business. The Supervisory Board was involved in all important decisions for the company.
Der Aufsichtsrat hat in Geschäftsjahr 2021 zwei mal per virtueller Konferenz getagt: am 15. März 2021 sowie am 16. Dezember 2021. The Supervisory Board met twice by virtual conference in fiscal year 2021: on March 15, 2021 and December 16, 2021.
Neben diesen Sitzungen wurden mit dem Vorstand regelmäßig die laufende Geschäftsentwicklung besprochen und die strategische Ausrichtung für die nächsten Geschäftsjahre beraten. In addition to these meetings, the Supervisory Board regularly discussed current business developments with the Executive Board and deliberated on the strategic direction for the coming fiscal years.
Er erhebt keine Einwendungen gegen den Jahresabschluss und billigt diesen. It raised no objections to the annual financial statements and approved them.
Der Aufsichtsrat bedankt sich beim Vorstand sowie allen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern der LAR Process Analysers AG für den persönlichen Einsatz und ihre erbrachten Leistungen im Geschäftsjahr 2021. Der Aufsichtsrat dankt der Aktionärin für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen. The Supervisory Board would like to thank the Executive Board and all employees of LAR Process Analysers AG for their personal commitment and achievements in the 2021 financial year. The Supervisory Board would also like to thank the shareholder for the trust she has placed in the company.
