Februar 2010 wurde die Gegenbauer Gebäudeservice Verwaltungs GmbH, Berlin, in GHS Management GmbH, Berlin, umfirmiert. Unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafter Die GHS Management GmbH ist mit Vertrag vom 18. März 2010 als unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin (ohne Einlage) in die neu gegründete GHS Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG, Berlin, eingetreten. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Gezeichnetes Kapital Das Stammkapital beträgt € 25.000,00. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Timo Benthin, Berlin (seit 18. März 2010) Lutz Doose, Berlin (seit 24. Februar 2010) Brigitte Dworak, Freising (seit 18. März 2010) Manfred Timmer, Berlin (bis 28.
