ANHANG zum Jahresabschluss 2009 der MCL MicroComputerLaden GmbH

Im Aufbau und Gliederung folgen Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung der MCL MicroComputerLaden GmbH den gesetzlichen Regelvorschriften.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. Teilwerten angesetzt.

Die angeschafften immatriellen Vermögensgegenstände und die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellkosten bewertet und -soweit abnutzbar- planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Bei der Bemessung der planmäßigen Abschreibung wurde auf die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgestellt. Dabei kam grundsätzlich die lineare Methode zur Anwendung.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Pool abgeschrieben.

Die übrigen Aktiva sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Die Positionen des Eigenkapitals sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den zu zahlenden Beträgen ausgewiesen.
