AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Firma laborIT GmbH wird auf Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften sind die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen, ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Aufbau und Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen dem Vorjahr. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlichen zugelassenen Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, soweit diese Forderungen darstellen, werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages abgesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung anzusetzen ist, sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken, ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und drohende Verluste. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Bilanzierung erfolgt vor Ergebnisverwendung. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte ist aus dem Anlagespiegel zu entnehmen. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsführung von Herrn Oliver Schultz, Düsseldorf, wahrgenommen. sonstige BerichtsbestandteileAngaben zur Feststellung: Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 25.07.2013 festgestellt. |
