Anhang für OffenlegungszweckeA. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Ivisio GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Soweit Wahlrechte für Vermerke in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, die weder im Geschäftsjahr noch im Vorjahr einen Betrag ausweisen, werden gemäß § 265 Abs. 8 HGB nicht angegeben. Die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) wurden für das Geschäftsjahr ab 01.01.2010 erstmalig angewandt.
B. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung werden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt: Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände (u.a. Software) werden aktiviert und nach ihrer voraussichtlichen wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Anschaffungspreis von EUR 150 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe aufwandswirksam berücksichtigt. Ab dem 1. Januar 2008 angeschaffte Anlagegüter mit einem Anschaffungspreis zwischen EUR 150 und EUR 1000 werden in einen Sammelposten eingestellt und über fünf Jahre abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Laufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen 7 Geschäftsjahre abgezinst. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Bilanzierung erfolgt nach Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses.
