Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der DANT GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die Aufstellung der Bilanz erfolgt nach Berücksichtigung der Gewinnverwendung. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB auf. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen drei und fünf Jahren) angesetzt. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter ab dem Jahr 2008 mit Anschaffungskosten von über EUR 150,00 bis EUR 1.000,00 werden in einem Sammelposten zusammengefasst und über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren linear abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Erkennbare Risiken wurden berücksichtigt. Liquide Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit Ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Es bestehen gegenüber den Gesellschaftern der Erbengemeinschaft Thomas Bayer zum Bilanzstichtag Verbindlichkeiten von EUR 253.349,90 (im Vorjahr: EUR 270.359,16). 4. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2013 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft durch folgende Geschäftsführer: - Frau Diana Bayer-Siemund, Journalistin, Grünwald Die Geschäftsführerin ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
