Anhang für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr 2016der Stroh-Endlicher CONCEPT GmbH, Oskar-von-Miller-Ring 29, 80333 MünchenI Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen Die Stroh-Endlicher CONCEPT GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HRB 227986 eingetragen. II Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 HGB auf. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 Abs. 1, 276, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. III Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die flüssigen Mittel wurden mit ihren Nominalbeträgen angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Bei der Bewertung von Rückstellungen werden erwartete Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert. IV Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Sämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. V Sonstige Pflichtangaben Im Rumpfgeschäftsjahr war kein Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Bzgl. der Angabe der Gesamtbezüge der Geschäftsführung wurde die Schutzklausel des § 286 Abs. 4 HGB in Anspruch genommen Zu Geschäftsführern waren im Berichtsjahr bestellt: Frau Silvia Stroh-Endlicher Herr Martin Endlicher sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
