Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010A. Allgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 266 ff HGB. Auf den Jahresabschluss wurden erstmalig die Bewertungsvorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes angewendet, die Vorjahreszahlen sind nicht angepasst worden. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten unter Einbeziehung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten und -preisminderungen, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen aktiviert worden. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit ihrem Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit ihrem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben EUR 1.760.647,77 (Vj. EUR 630.234,54) eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. B. Erläuterungen zur BilanzVerbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern: In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 581.873,59 (Vj. Euro 594.005,31) enthalten. Hierbei handelt es sich um Darlehen. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundene Unternehmen: In den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von Euro 2.052,47 (Vj. Euro 3.298,18) enthalten. Gesicherte Verbindlichkeiten: Das Darlehen in Höhe von Euro 1.167.503,48 (Vj. Euro 1.189.696,89) ist durch eine Grundschuld gesichert. C. Sonstige AngabenTreuhandverhältnisse: Es bestehen Treuhandverhältnisse für Mietkautionskonten in Höhe von Euro 29.748,84. Geschäftsführung: Claudio Camisasca, Kaufmann und Alessandro Pomini, Kaufmann Die Geschäftsführer besitzen Alleinvertretungsbefugnis und sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
