| 5. | Zum Konzern-Abschlussprüfer des Konzernabschlusses zum 31.12.2019 wird die Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH gewählt. |
| 6. | Zum Einzel-Abschlussprüfer des Jahresabschlusses zum 31.12.2019 wird die Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH gewählt. |
