Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010A. Allgemeine Erläuterungen 1. Unternehmensgegenstand Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist lt. Gesellschaftsvertrag die Übernahme der persönlichen Haftung als persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin (Komplementärin) an der Michael Schiffer GmbH & Co. KG, Rheinberg, deren Gegenstand die Herstellung von Produkten für gedruckte Kommunikation ist. 2. Geschäftsführung Alleiniger Geschäftsführer ist Herr Michael Schiffer (Kaufmann, MBA). Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen nach § 181 BGB befreit. 3. Rechnungslegung Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist entsprechend den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt worden. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden in Anspruch genommen. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz zum 31.12.2010 1. Die Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen entfallen ausschließlich auf das Unternehmen, an dem die Gesellschaft als Komplementärin beteiligt ist. 2. Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalbetrag, die Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten mit dem voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. 4. Die Gesellschafterversammlung hat beschlossen, den Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von 1.797,90 EUR auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Daraus ergibt sich ein Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von 3.951,00 EUR.
