Besonderheiten der Form des Jahresabschlusses:Die Form des Jahresabschlusses entspricht den gesetzlichen Darstellungs- und Gliederungsbestimmungen (§§ 265 f HGB). Von der Vereinfachungsmöglichkeit für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften ist Gebrauch gemacht worden. Auf den Ausweis von Leerposten (§ 265 Abs. 8 HBG) wurde verzichtet, Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerke entfallen. II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen:Der Jahresabschluß der Firma Elystan Capital Partners GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften degressiv und linear vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führte. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 150,- wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt. III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben:1. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens ausschließlich durch die Geschäftsführer Herrn Keith Fischer, München, Herrn Dr, Robert Grassinger, Neufarn, und Herrn Ulrich Kastner, Bernried geführt. 2. Die Gesamtzahl der durchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer einschließlich der Geschäftsführer beträgt 3 Personen. 3. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor den Jahresfehlbetrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. |
