AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben Die Wellnessfee GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Leipzig und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Leipzig (Reg.Nr. HRB 35833). Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den §§ 242 ff. und den §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und den Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden erstellt worden. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften / Gesellschaften geltenden Angabenerleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB teilweise Anspruch. Die Gesellschaft hat von der Befreiungsvorschrift nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts verzichtet. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die zu Anschaffungskosten aktivierten immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden pro rata temporis über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear abgeschrieben. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen waren nicht erforderlich. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen, angesetzt.Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer pro rata temporis linear abgeschrieben. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen waren nicht erforderlich. Geringwertige bewegliche Anlagegüter mit einem Einzelanschaffungspreis bis zu EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Ihr sofortiger Abgang wird unterstellt. Die Bewertung der Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe und Waren erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten und -preisminderungen bzw. zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, sind unter dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aktiv abgegrenzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Bei der Bewertung von Rückstellungen werden erwartete Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt und Verpflichtungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr mit dem laufzeitadäquaten durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst. Die Preis- und Kostensteigerungen orientieren sich an der Teuerungsrate und wurden über die jeweilige Laufzeit der Rückstellung mit 1% berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. III. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Anlagevermögen Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist unter Angabe der Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahrs im Anlagenspiegel (Anlage zum Anhang) dargestellt. Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände stellen sich wie folgt dar:
Unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 8 TEUR (Vj. 7 TEUR) ausgewiesen. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital von EUR 25.000,00 ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten im Wesentlichen Rückstellungen für Jahresabschlusserstellung. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Voraussetzungen des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB liegen hinsichtlich dieses Jahresabschlusses nicht vor.
