ANHANG1.Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des Gesetzes für Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung aufgestellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich zum 31.12.2012 um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs.1 HGB. Die Gesellschaft macht bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs von den Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB gebrauch. Der Ausweis der Vorjahreszahlen erfolgt gemäß § 265 Abs. 2 HGB. Die Gliederungder Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB und § 42 GmbHG. 2.Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß der allgemeinen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften §§ 246-251 und 252-256a HGB aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurde unverändert zum Vorjahr fortgeführt. Im Einzelnen waren dieses folgende Geundsätze und Methoden: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Diese erfolgte linear entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum, angesetzt. Bank- und Kassenguthaben zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3.Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzposten Zu- und Abgänge des Anlagevermögens ergeben sich aus dem Anlagegitter. Der Bargeldbestand laut Buchführung stimmt mit dem Kassenbericht überein. Die Banksalden wurden durch Vorlage der Kontoauszüge zum Bilanzstichtag nachgewiesen. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten us Lieferungen und Leistungen werden durch die eingerichtete Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung erfasst. Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betrifft Zahlungen für Aufwendungen des Folgejahres. 4. Sonstige Angaben Als Geschäftsführer war Herr Kilian Krause tätig.
