Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung erstellt. Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt nach den Vorschriften §§ 266 ff. HGB. Soweit für Pflichtangaben Wahlrechte bestehen, diese in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang darzustellen, sind diese aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit im Anhang dargestellt. Die Ausweisstetigkeit wurde gewahrt. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungswahlrechte werden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Bewertungsmethoden werden unverändert gegenüber dem Vorjahr angewandt. Finanzanlagen Die Bewertung des Finanzanlagevermögens erfolgt grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten. Ausleihungen werden mit ihren Nennbeträgen angesetzt. Sonstige Aktiva Der Bestand an liquiden Mitteln wird mit Nominalwerten bewertet. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen werden mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zum Erfüllungsbetrag. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 13.867,82 (Vorjahr: EUR 12.386,75). II. Sonstige Angaben A. Organe Geschäftsführer: Robert Wieland, München, alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. B. Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr keine Arbeitnehmer.
