AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der OASIS24 GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Die Vorräte sind zu den Anschaffungskosten bzw. zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen beinhalten alle am Bilanzstichtag bestehenden ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag in die Bilanz eingestellt. Sonstige Angaben Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung nach Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres sind nicht bekannt geworden. Gewinnverwendung : Das Ergebnis wird in das Folgejahr übertragen.
