AnhangA. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2014 ist unter Beachtung der einschlägigen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§ 238 ff. HGB) nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) erstellt worden. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des Aktiengesetzes zu beachten. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt nach § 266 HGB. Nach den Größenmerkmalen (§ 267a HGB) ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft. B. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN Die Vermögens- und Schuldposten sind unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des HGB für Kapitalgesellschaften und der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung bewertet. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. Die Forderungen sind zum Nennbetrag bewertet. Die Umrechnung des Devisenkontos in US Dollar erfolgte mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag. Die Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen dem Grunde und der Höhe nach. Sie wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. C. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ Ausgegeben sind 60.000 Stück Namensaktien jeweils über einen Nennbetrag von EUR 1,00. Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft (EUR 60.000,00) wird zu 33,33 % von der OHB System AG, Bremen, zu 33,33 % von POLYOT Inter ZAO, Omsk, Russland, und zu 33,33 % von der CARLO GAVAZZI SPACE SpA, Mailand, Italien, gehalten. Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben vollständig eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. D. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Vorstände der Gesellschaft sind:
