Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010Handelspartner24 GmbH, Hamburg(1) Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss ist zum 31. Dezember 2010 nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.d.F. des am 25. Mai 2010 verkündeten Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt worden. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahresbeträge wurde nicht vorgenommen. Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB n.F. wurden angewandt; bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB n.F.) beibehalten. Angaben zur Bilanz (2) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die Abschrei- bungen des Berichtszeitraumes, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Bei Vorräten sind der Materialbestand und die Waren zu Einstandspreisen bewertet. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegen-stände sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden auf der Grundlage der neuen Fassung des § 253 HGB ermittelt. Anzusetzen ist hierbei der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendige Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. (3) Hinsichtlich der Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wird auf die Anlage verwiesen. Sonstige Angaben (4) Geschäftsjahr Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr. (5) Geschäftsführung Die Geschäftsführer der Handelspartner24 GmbH sind die Herren Ralf Sunnus und Kai Olaf Gagelmann. Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
