AnhangAllgemeine Bemerkungen Der Jahresabschluss der Borgas GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechts-Modernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die bisherige Form der Darstellung und die bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden insoweit angepasst. Eine Durchbrechung der Stetigkeit liegt insoweit nicht vor (Art.67 VIII 1 HGB). Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art. 67 VIII 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.
Angaben zur Bewertung und Bilanzierung Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die
Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft
auf.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nennwerten bilanziert.
Bankbestand Die Bewertung erfolgte zum Nominalwert
Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital beträgt DM 50.000,00.
Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. |
