Anhang zum 30.04.2016trendence Institut GmbHNach § 264 HGB ist der Jahresabschluss (Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung) um einen Anhang zu erweitern. Dazu werden nachfolgende gesetzliche Angaben gemacht: Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Firma trendence Institut GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2015/2016 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Aufbau und Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen dem Vorjahr. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Seit dem Geschäftsjahr 2006/2007 besteht ein Gewinnabführungsvertrag mit der Staufenbiel Institut GmbH, Köln. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Eine Sonderabschreibung gemäß § 7 g EStG wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen. Bei den Zugängen der geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter ab dem 01.01.2008 wurde entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften des § 6 Abs. 2a EStG, soweit die Anschaffungskosten 150,00 Euro übersteigen, ein Bewertungspool gebildet. Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Erkennbare Risiken wurden durch Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung anzusetzen ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert. Die Haftungsverhältnisse entsprechen den am Bilanzstichtag eingegangenen Verpflichtungen. Bilanzerläuterungen Anlagevermögen Die Aufgliederung der in der Bilanz zusammengefassten Anlagepositionen und deren Entwicklung im Geschäftsjahr 2015/2016 sind im Anlagespiegel dargestellt. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten - gegenüber Kreditinstituten, bis ein Jahr 0,0 T€; gesamt 0,0 T€ - erhaltene Anzahlungen, bis ein Jahr 105,1 T€; gesamt 105,1 T€ - aus Lieferung und Leistung, bis ein Jahr 388,2 T€; gesamt 388,2 T€ - Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern, bis zu einem Jahr 489,6 T€, gesamt 489,6 T€ - sonstige Verbindlichkeiten, bis ein Jahr 410,6 T€; gesamt 410,6 T€ Gesamt, bis ein Jahr 882,0 T€; gesamt 882,0 T€ Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe vom 151,1 T€. Sonstige Angaben Mitglieder und Gesamtbezüge der Geschäftsführung Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2015/2016 war Herr Holger Koch, Betriebswirt, Berlin, Herr Martin Halliday, Wallingford, Großbritannien Herr Graham Storey, Wallingford, Großbritannien Für die Gesamtvergütung der Geschäftsführungsorgane wird vom Schutzrecht nach § 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.
