ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 wurde nach den geltenden handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Bei der Aufstellung wurde von den Erleichterungen des § 266 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB Gebrauch gemacht. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten ist zum Nennbetrag bewertet. Für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Schulden sind unter Beachtung von § 253 Abs. 1 HGB angemessene Rückstellungen gebildet worden. Die Bewertung erfolgt zum Erfüllungsbetrag. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Ihre Fälligkeit liegt unter einem Jahr. III. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin der ProConData GmbH & Co. KG, Bad Kreuznach, und übt die Geschäftsführung dieser Gesellschaft aus. Weiterhin ist sie Komplementärin der BTME Certified GmbH & Co KG, Bad Kreuznach. Geschäftsführer ist Herr Kurt Schüller, Bad Kreuznach Bad Kreuznach, 7. Dezember 2012
