Dezember 2010Allgemeine HinweiseDie durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz geänderten Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches wurden gemäß Artikel 66 EGHGB erstmals im Geschäftsjahr 2010 angewendet. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242ff. und §§ 264ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Die TECHDATA VDI-Medienvertriebsgesellschaft mbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde grundsätzlich Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie im Vorjahr angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden 2010 grundsätzlich beibehalten. Zwingende Anpassungen, die sich im Rahmen der erstmaligen Anwendung des BilMoG ergeben haben, lagen nicht vor. Im Einzelnen werden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Forderungen und sonstige VermögensgegenständeDie Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Guthaben bei KreditinstitutenDas Guthaben wurde mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. VerbindlichkeitenVerbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten der BilanzForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die ausgewiesenen Posten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Geschäftsführung
