ANHANGI. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den entsprechenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes, die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gelten, aufgestellt. Die Bewertung des Anlagevermögens erfolgt mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten. Die Sachanlagen werden linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu EUR 410 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte und die in Arbeit befindlichen Aufträge sind zu Anschaffungskosten oder zu den niedrigeren Teilwerten angestzt. Die Forderungen uns sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. Bank- und Kassenguthaben entsprechen den Nominalwerten. Die Rückstellungen für Pensionen sind gem. § 6a EStG nach versicherungs-mathematischen Berechnungen unter Zugrundelegung eines Zinssatzes von 6% p.a. mit Ihrem Teilwert erfasst. Auf Grund der geänderten Bewertung der Pensionsrückstellungen Nach BilMoG ergibt sich zum 1. Januar 2010 ein Zuführungsbetrag von 10.052 EUR, der gem Art. 67 Abs. 1 S. 1 EGHGB bis spätestens 31.12.2024 mit mindestens einem Fünfzehntel je Geschäftsjahr der Pensionsrückstellung zuzuführen ist. Im Geschäftsjahr wird ein Teilbetrag von 1052 EUR zugeführt. Die nicht in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Rückstellungen für Pensionen betragen zum Bilanzstichtag 9.000 EUR. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert worden. II. Sonstige Angaben 1. Geschäftsführung Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist:Karl-Heinz Schulz, Düsseldorf Düsseldorf, September 2011 Karl-Heinz Schulz Aufgliederung von aus Gründe der Klarheit in Bilanz und GuV zusammengefassten Posten 01.01.2010 - 31.12.2010 Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu 1 Jahr beträgt 33.547,41 EUR. Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 2.684,50 EUR.
