Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2009MindLight Media GmbH, MünchenAllgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss der MindLight Advertising GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2009 ist bezüglich der Bilanzierung und Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schuldenposten entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften und dem GmbHG aufgestellt worden. Aufgrund der Umsatz-, Bilanz- und Beschäftigtenzahlen handelt es sich bei der Gesellschaft um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft geht bei der Bewertung von den Grundsätzen der Unternehmensfortführung aus. Angaben zur Bilanz Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen auf Neuzugänge werden nach den steuerlichen Verrechnungssätzen unter Zugrundelegung der jeweiligen betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt. Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit den Nennbeträgen angesetzt. Die Forderungen haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr mit Ausnahme der • Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände: Laufzeit>1 Jahr: EUR 1.346,16 (Vorjahr: EUR 3.022,03) Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde in Höhe der vorausbezahlten Beträge gebildet. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen bewertet und haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Eine Ausnahme hierzu bilden nachfolgende Verbindlichkeiten: • Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten: EUR 5.412,56 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00) Sonstige Angaben und Erläuterungen Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer war während des Berichtsjahres Herr Thomas Drechsler, Diplom Betriebswirt, München.
