AnhangA. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 274 a HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht. Die Saldenvorträge zum 1. Januar 2011 entsprechen den Ansätzen zum 31. Dezember 2010, so dass die Bilanzidentität gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB gewahrt ist. Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgt nach dem Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB. Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden werden einzeln bewertet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 HGB). Das Realisations- bzw. das Imparitätsprinzip sowie der Grundsatz der Vorsicht werden beachtet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 HGB). Die in der Vorjahresbilanz angewandten Bewertungsmethoden werden grundsätzlich beibehalten (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 HGB), so dass die Bilanzkontinuität gewahrt ist. Sachanlagevermögen war zum Bilanzstichtag nicht vorhanden. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. B. Informationen zur BilanzDer Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten enthält Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 876.799,54, für die eine Rangrücktrittserklärung abgegeben wurde. C. Sonstige AngabenWährend des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens von Herrn Dipl.-Kfm. Frank-Michael Demuth und Herrn Dipl.-Kfm. Sven Krogmann, beide Berlin, geführt. Weitere Organe waren im Berichtsjahr nicht bestellt.
