AnhangI. GRUNDLAGEN Die Miranda GmbH, Neuss, ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 und 4 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde unter Beachtung des HGB, der weiteren rechtsformspezifischen Vorschriften aufgestellt. II. ANGABEN ZU DEN LIQUIDATIONSBILANZIERUNGS-, BEWERTUNGS- UND AUSWEIS-METHODEN Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Vorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften über die Gliederung und den Ausweis der Posten der LiquidationsLiquidationsbilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angewandt. Im Rahmen der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses werden für das Berichtsjahr 2010 die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4, 274a, 276 und 288 HGB zum Teil in Anspruch genommen. Das Gliederungsschema gemäß § 266 HGB wurde zum 31.12.2010 eingehalten. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. In der Liquidationsbilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind jeweils die entsprechenden Vorjahresbeträge nicht angegeben, da es sich bei der Miranda GmbH, Neuss, um eine erstmalige Jahresabschlussaufstellung handelt. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung, bewertet. Es wurde generell die lineare AfA-Methode angewendet. Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist dem Anlagengitter zu entnehmen. Dort ist auch die Abschreibung des laufenden Geschäftsjahres in einer der Gliederung des Anlagevermögens entsprechenden Aufgliederung angegeben. ( § 268 Absatz 2 Handelsgesetz ) Der Ansatz von Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen erfolgte zu Nennwerten. Das Eigenkapital wird zum Nennwert Liquidationsbilanziert. Bei der Bildung der Rückstellungen wurde den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen. Sie sind in der Höhe bemessen, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Alle Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres 2010 wurde die Geschäftsführung durch Frau Han Lifang und Herr Zheng Shangjie ausgeübt.
