Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungsund Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften und denen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften im Geschäftsjahr linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die liquiden Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Steuerrückstellungen betreffen die Ertragssteuern des Vorjahres. Sonstige Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Erläuterungen zu Bilanzpositionen Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen EUR 20.000,00. 4. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Gesellschaft durch die einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer: Herrn Thomas Schuh vertreten. Anteilsbesitz: gesonderte Aufstellung gemäß § 287 HGB Die Feststellung erfolgte am 13.02.2009 gezeichnet Thomas Schuh |
