ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2010
1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der Quentus GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter in der Bilanz mit Euro 2.531,68. enthalten: Die Quentus GmbH ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der Quentus GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in München. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Im Bilanzverlust ist ein Verlustvortrag in Höhe von EUR 24.236,81(VJ: EUR 28.021,22) enthalten. 4. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Person geführt: Frau Prof. Dr. Eva Ruhnau, wissenschaftliche Geschäftsführerin
