Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2015zwanzigzehn GmbH1. VorbemerkungenDer Jahresabschluss 2015 der zwanzigzehn GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeIm Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen auf der Basis branchenüblicher Nutzungsdauern vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen, es kommt grundsätzlich die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung. Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Sie wurden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. In den Forderungen sind Forderungen gegen den Gesellschafter in Höhe von 5.250,00 € enthalten. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegen den Gesellschafter in Höhe von 451,21 € enthalten. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2015 wurde am 20. Dezember 2016 festgestellt. 3. Erläuterungen zur BilanzForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen haben Restlaufzeiten unter einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben Restlaufzeiten unter einem Jahr. 4. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2015 bis 31.12.2015 Herr Falko Hartmann, Kaufmann.
