Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2021A. Allgemeine Angaben Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2021 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 239 ff.) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellchaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) i.d.F. vom 23.07.2015 (Bilanzrichtlinieumsetzungsgesetz) aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist gem. zum Abschlussstichtag gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft. Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaft wurden teilweise in Anpruch genommen. Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewendeten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden werden stetig angewendet. Der Jahresabschluss ist in Bezug auf die Bilanzierung und Bewertung unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (going concern; § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) aufgestellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde im Anlagespiegel zu Anschaffungskosten ausgewiesen. Die Abschreibungen erfolgten nach der linearen Methode in Anlehnung an die steuerlichen Abschreibungstabellen. Im Übrigen wurden die Abschreibungen nach den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Das Eigenkapital wird unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften ausgewiesen. Rückstellungen wurden in ausreichendem Umfang gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen bzw. Nennwerten angesetzt. Die Aufwendungen und Erträge wurden periodengerecht abgegrenzt. C. Angaben zur Bilanz Das Anlagevermögen hat sich im Geschäftsjahr im einzelnen wie folgt entwickelt:
Die Bilanz wurde nach Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt. D. Sonstige Angaben Wir hatten im Jahresdurchschnitt 20 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind Oliver Kosalik und Ahmad Zaher.

Juni 2022 BescheinigungBei dem Jahresabschluss (Bilanz und Anhang) handelt es sich um die nach § 326 HGB für Offenlegungszwecke verkürzte Fassung. Über den vollständigen Jahresabschluss haben wir ausführlich in unserem Bericht mit heutigem Datum über die Erstellung berichtet. Abschließend haben wir dem vollständigen Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 der Z.K. Betriebe GmbH folgende Bescheinigung erteilt: "Der Abschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 wurde aufgrund der Zahlen der Buchhaltung und der uns gegebenen Erläuterungen der Gesellschaft erstellt. Wir haben die Buchführung, die Unterlagen und die Wertansätze in eingeschränktem Umfang geprüft. Eine Abstimmung der Salden der Geldkonten, der Debitoren- und Kreditoren-Saldenlisten mit den Sachkonten sowie eine stichprobenweise Überprüfung der Erfolgskonten wurde vorgenommen."
