ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2009 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamt-kostenverfahren gewählt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschrei-bungen bilanziert. Die Abschreibungen auf das bewegliche Anlagevermögen werden linear pro rata temporis ermittelt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Alle sonstigen Rückstellungen werden unter Beachtung kaufmännischer Vorsicht in der Höhe ihrer wahrscheinlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Zu den Posten der Bilanz Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellkosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bilanziert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beziehen sich auf Kosten der Erstellung von Abschlüssen und Steuererklärungen. Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten sind aus der Bilanz ersichtlich. Erläuterung zur Bilanz Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist aus dem beigefügten Anlagespiegel ersichtlich. Die ausgewiesenen sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen gegenüber den Gesellschaftern der active PoS GmbH in Höhe von 1.228.975,24 €. Zu den Posten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Alle Umsätze wurden im Inland realisiert Es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um Dienst-leistungen im Software- und Consultingbereich. Die sonstigen betrieblichen Erträge enthalten im Wesentlichen Erträge aus Kfz-Eigen-verbrauch. Sonstige Angaben und Erläuterungen Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Berichtszeitraum von Herrn Hakan Yerinmez, Kaufmann, und Herrn Ersan Ögmen, Kaufmann, wahrgenommen. Im Berichtszeitraum waren im Durchschnitt 3 Mitarbeiter (§ 267 Abs. 5 HGB) beschäftigt. Haftungsverhältnisse, die bilanziell nicht berücksichtigt sind, bestehen keine.
